Culinary innovation in Toledo has been linked to few names. One of them is Víctor Sánchez Beato, chef of the well-remembered Locum restaurant who, a little over a year ago, created an unusual restaurant model in the city: a bar to cook live in front of customers (recently awarded a sun from the Repsol Guide 2021 -2022). A new culinary challenge that can only be taken on by someone with his experience, who knows the times and the skill required for live cooking and who handles like few others in Toledo a cookbook of haute cuisine dishes recognizable for their personal touch. Hours: Lunch at 2:30 p.m. and Dinner at 9:30 p.m.
