Culinary innovation in Toledo has been linked to few names. One of them is Víctor Sánchez Beato, chef of the remembered Locum restaurant who a little over a year ago created an unusual restaurant model in the city: a bar to cook live in front of customers (recently awarded a sun from the Repsol Guide 2021 -2022). A new culinary challenge that can only be taken on by someone with his experience, who knows well the times and skill that live cooking requires and who, like few others in Toledo, manages a recipe book of haute cuisine dishes recognizable for their personal touch.
